Self Shiatsu Supervision : a online session is created using a unique link via Zoom, during which the practitioner assist the receiver with exercises, self shiatsu, do in, Qi gong exercises or breathing techniques to restore the free flow of energy throughout the body. It is done in the comfort of you own home. This technique has been developed during the pandemic of Covid 19 to offer Shiatsu sessions to clients in need of a shiatsu.
