Using pressure weight , mainly through the hands , it will support and strengthen the body's natural ability to heal and balance itself. Shiatsu can help with a wide variety of health concerns. It is deeply relaxing , yet energising. Shiatsu is offered at The Haven, 3 market square , AB392BY in Stonehaven . First session fees are £55 and last 75minutes

Booking are set and time is reserved for you . We do not double book . Therefore , any treatment cancelled with less than 24hours notice will be due in full .
